Chad brings over 25 years of diverse experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. He most recently was the National Leader of Revenue Cycle Automation for Crowe LLP out of Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, he led a revenue cycle automation engagement for a large health system in Iowa. He served as Interim VP of Revenue Cycle responsible for managing Patient Access, HIM and the Business Office for a Children’s Hospital in California. Additionally, Chad oversaw revenue cycle operations for a national leader in private ambulance and fire protection services in 21 states, 700 communities with 7,500 employees and 1.5 million service calls annually. He also led a revenue cycle improvement engagement for the seventh largest privately held nursing home chain in the nation (122 homes in 15 states) which centralized key revenue cycle functions in one location to maximize performance, efficiencies, and reduce overall operational costs.
