Mr. Bartos has more than 30 years experience as a healthcare executive and director. Mr. Bartos is currently the Executive Director for PhyNet Dermatology. He previously served as Director for Elara Caring, Outset Medical, Inc., Cardiovascular Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: CSII) and Alliance HealthCare Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIQ). Mr. Bartos was the Chairman & CEO for Rural/ Metro Corporation, the nations leading provider of ambulance, fire protection and safety services. Prior to that, he was President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of LaVie Care Centers, a national long-term care company with revenues exceeding $1 billion annually; a COO for Gambro Healthcare, Inc.; and the founder, CEO and Chairman of Endoscopy Specialists Inc. Mr. Bartos has extensive experience in business design, strategic planning, new product and service innovation, sales and marketing, and mergers and acquisitions with large, medium and small businesses in both public and private companies.
