ADIEU LASER & AESTHETICS CLINIC DIRECTOR – JOB POSTING FOR ATLANTA-KROG STREET

Adieu Laser & Aesthetics is looking for a dynamic, guest-obsessed leader to supervise, organize and control the environment and activities of our laser hair removal clinic.  This individual will be expected to follow a clinical quality and staffing plan for the clinic that achieves the quality and service goals of Adieu Laser & Aesthetics.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage the clinic operations to ensure the goals of service, associate engagement, and guest experience are accomplished, and maintain a culture that focuses on quality care and customer service. 
• Direct the overall clinical quality goals, metrics, and measurements of the practices to ensure consistency, excellence in clinical processes and benchmarks. 
• Direct, supervise and coordinate the functions and activities of clinics including systems, materials management, human resources, data processing and maintenance. 
• Direct daily operations to include registration and charge preparation. 
• Ensure high degree of guest satisfaction with the clinics. 
• Develop initiatives which encourage motivation and positive morale within the center staff. 
• Implement marketing plans (with company support) which include assisting with the development of the corporate strategy, promotion of the clinics and their professionals, and product/service assessment. Responsible for public relations and referral relationships. 
• Resolve conflicts that occur in an organization while protecting the professional and legal rights of everyone involved. 

• Resolve problems related to staffing, utilization of facilities, equipment, and supplies. 
• Interpret center and corporate policies, objectives, and operational procedures to center employees. 
• Select and train/orient center personnel. 
• Prepares and maintains supplies and equipment for treatments, operating under sterilization protocol. 
• Assist with scheduling of treatments. 
• Compile and condense technical and statistical data for reports and records. 
• Ensure compliance with practice’s standards and patient confidentiality. 
• Maintain equipment standards.  
• Offer support and assistance to others as needed to provide training and/or resolve concerns. 
• Lead recruitment efforts for hourly positions. 
• Conduct Performance Reviews and Discipline for clinical staff. 
• Monitor staff schedule and approve timesheets. 
• Complete Incident Reports and reports all Workers Comp claims to HR. 
• Regular and reliable attendance. 
• Consult with the Director of Operations weekly. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet all of the following requirements: 

• Proven success in sales and team leadership 
• Proven track record of fostering a culture of world class customer service  
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal  

• Excellent people skills. Ability to motivate, cooperate with and work effectively with others 
• Display a passion for the aesthetics industry, knowledge of cosmetic services, including but not limited to, laser hair removal, facials, chemical peels, and other laser devices.  
• Intermediate computer skills  
• Be able to lift up to 20-40 pounds 

Education:  Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent. 

Experience:  Preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience in an aesthetic setting, with 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Technology Applications:  

Knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
