Schedule: Part-Time Position

Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) Injector, you will play a crucial role in delivering advanced facial aesthetic treatments to clients, utilizing your expertise to enhance their natural beauty and achieve their desired cosmetic outcomes. Your responsibilities will include administering a range of non-surgical procedures, such as injectable toxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, laser treatments, and other specialized techniques. This position demands a high level of precision, an in-depth understanding of facial anatomy, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring that each client’s aesthetic goals are met safely and effectively. Your passion for aesthetics and dedication to excellence will be essential in helping clients look and feel their best.
Essential Functions:

- Perform a range of non-invasive cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to injectable toxins and fillers, laser treatments, thread lifts, PRF/microneedling, facial and body contouring, and other advanced non-invasive treatments.
- Provide comprehensive education to clients regarding all available treatments and products, ensuring they are well-informed about both non-surgical and surgical options within the practice.
- Actively promote the medical spa’s services, retail products, and ongoing promotions to enhance client engagement and boost sales.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell by educating clients about additional services that may benefit their aesthetic goals.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Assess clients’ suitability for various treatments and services, providing expert recommendations and performing procedures as appropriate during the same visit.
- Educate clients thoroughly on the processes for all treatments, including detailed pre- and post-treatment care instructions to ensure optimal results and client safety.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in cosmetic injections, demonstrating expertise in administering a variety of treatments.
- Proficiency with multiple injectable brands, including but not limited to Allergan, Galderma, Merz, Jeuveau, and RHA.
- A well-established client base and a strong presence on social media platforms to promote personal brand and attract new clients.
- A valid RN license or higher, with current certification for administering injections in the state of New York.
- A professional demeanor with a polished and refined appearance.
- A strong work ethic, taking pride in delivering high-quality services and maintaining a positive attitude each day.
